Deion serves as the Operations and Compliance Associate and is responsible for helping manage the firm’s daily investment operations functions, working alongside members of the firm’s other departments to ensure the firm operates in an efficient manner. Deion also assists the CCO with monitoring business processes and performs routine audits to identify potential compliance risks, as well as, assisting with the implementation of new policies, systems, or controls designed to reduce risk.
